Hello!
I typically go by ari and am comfortable using both she/her and they/them pronouns.
I'm a student juggling art with my studies, so I might not be very consistent in my posting. I mainly create digital art, and most of what you'll find on my socials are character focused, whether it's OCs, fan art, or whatever I'm into at the moment.

commissions

For personal commissions, I mainly work via VGen, handled in a surprise me/skeb-like format. Personal requests requiring direct contact are selective and may not always be accepted.For commercial requests, contact me via DM or email with your project details and your desired usage. I will review your request and provide a custom quote based on your needs and my availability. Commercial use commissions are almost always open.

BACKGROUND- Chibi commissions comes with a free transparent background and a backdrop version.- Rendered commissions can come with a free transparent, plain or simple background.- For requesting specific background elements an add on price may be added depending on the complexity.- For the time being I will not be doing very complex backgrounds or scenes.

- I have the right to decline any commission for any reason.
- Only visual references of the desired character will be used; specific poses are taken as reference and not copied 100%.
- Prices and TOS are subject to change; the client is bound by the version in effect at the time of commission.USAGE & RIGHTS
- Copyright and ownership terms for each commission will be determined per project.
- By default, I retain full copyright and ownership of all commissioned artwork. This includes the right to display, reproduce, and use the artwork in my portfolio, samples, personal publications, or for educational/offline purposes.
- Use of my artwork for any purpose involving NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) or the training of AI programs is strictly prohibited.
- Privacy Fee: If you wish for your commissioned artwork to remain private and not be posted on my social media, a privacy fee is required. Payment of this fee ensures that I do not share the commissioned work publicly online.
- Portfolio Rights: Regardless of privacy or commercial terms, the artist retains the right to display the work in portfolios, samples, personal publications, or for educational/offline opportunities unless otherwise agreed.
- Credit: Do not take credit for the art; properly credit me using @arisunii if you wish to use the commissioned art online.PAYMENTS & REFUNDS
- Payments are either half upfront and the rest after sketch, or full upfront.
- Other payment options can be discussed.
- Payment is primarily via Paypal.
- I will only start on the commission once I've confirmed that it has been paid.
- If work has begun and a cancellation is requested before any confirmation of the sketch, only a 50% refund will be provided.
- No refunds after the sketch has been finished and confirmed.
- If, for any unforeseen reason, I cannot complete the work and cancel the commission, I will offer a full refund.REVISIONS
- Major revisions are only allowed during the sketching process (e.g., pose or concept).
- 3 free major revisions.
- Major revisions are: pose, composition, character and outfits, etc.
- Additional major revisions may or may not require a fee depending on the complexity and time required.
- Only minor revisions are allowed in later steps.
- Client's Responsibility for Feedback/Revisions: The client is responsible for providing timely feedback and requesting revisions.
- If the client does not respond within 7 days without prior notice, the project will be put on hold and treated as low priority. If no response is received within a month, the project will be considered dropped, and it will no longer be eligible for a refund.
- The artist is not responsible for delays in the final product caused by delays during revision periods.DEADLINES AND DELIVERY
- If I miss the agreed-upon deadline, you are eligible for a full refund if you no longer want the piece, or you can opt for a half refund, and I'll finish the piece at my own pace or at an extended deadline.
- the illustration will be exported in a .png format primarily via email or google drive if requested.
- You will only receive a digital file of the art that does not require physical shipping of any form.
- Soft deadlines are flexible and can be discussed to determine if I can meet them. However, hard deadlines may require a rush fee and may be declined depending on the circumstances. Soft deadlines may also incur a fee if the timeline is rushed or if my schedule is tight.
