Please DM or email me to check availability before proceeding.The listed prices are base rates for commercial commissions. Extra charges may be added based on the complexity and specific requirements of the request.

BACKGROUND- Chibi commissions comes with a free transparent background and a backdrop version.- Rendered commissions can come with a free transparent, plain or simple background.- For requesting specific background elements an add on price may be added depending on the complexity.- For the time being I will not be doing very complex backgrounds or scenes.

• I retain all copyright over my work, which includes the right to use the image as a sample for sales, portfolio, or self-promotion unless having paid a privacy fee or in other cases agreed upon.
• Use of my artwork for any purpose involving NFTs (Non-Fungible Tokens) or the training of AI programs is strictly prohibited
• Privacy Fee: If you wish for your commissioned artwork to remain private and not be posted on my social media, a privacy fee is required. Payment of this fee ensures that I do not share the commissioned work publicly online.
• Portfolio Rights: Regardless of the privacy fee, I still retain the rights to the artwork and may use it at any time for future offline opportunities, such as jobs or educational purposes. The privacy fee does not cover the use of the artwork in these specific contexts unless discussed otherwise.
• Credit: Do not take credit for the art; properly credit me using @arisunii (or @ariisuni for Twitter) if you wish to post the commissioned art online.
• The removal of my watermark is prohibited.USAGE TIERS
Pricing vary depending on the intended use, publicity, and commercial nature of the artwork.Personal Use
• For personal, non-commercial use intended for your own enjoyment or personal presence, such as profile pictures, banners, blogs, Toyhouse, personal social media, personal prints, collections, and similar uses.Public Project / Creator Branding
• For artwork used as part of non-monetized, public-facing creator branding or creative projects, such as VTuber branding and profile assets, YouTube/content creation, social media branding, and other personal public-facing uses.
• This tier is intended for individual creators and personal creative projects that are not being used for direct commercial or professional/business purposes.Monetized Use
• For artwork used as part of monetized, revenue-generating, or business-related content, branding, or creative projects, such as monetized YouTube/content creation, livestreams with ads, donations or subscriptions, paywalled content, business branding, promotional media, and other commercial uses.Merchandise Rights (not currently available)
• Required for the production and sale of physical or digital products, including prints, stickers, charms, clothing, and morePAYMENTS & REFUNDS
• Payment may be made 100% upfront, 50/50, or through another installment arrangement agreed upon before the commission begins.
• Work begins only after the initial payment has been received.
• For installment payments, progress updates and previews may be provided in low resolution or otherwise watermarked form until the commission has been paid in full.
• Unless otherwise agreed, the remaining balance is due after the sketch has been finalized and approved, before further rendering begins.
• If the commission is canceled before the sketch is approved, payments may be refunded, minus the value of work already completed.
• No refunds are available after the sketch has been approved.
• If I cancel the commission for any reason, a full refund of all payments made will be issued.REVISIONS
• Up to 3 major revisions are allowed during the sketch stage (pose, concept, outfit, composition)
• Only minor revisions are allowed after the sketch
• It’s the client’s responsibility to provide timely feedback
• For commercial projects, if there is no response within 7 days, the project is put on hold. After 1 month of no contact, the project is dropped and no refund will be given
• For personal projects, no response within 7 days also places the project on hold. After 14 days with no reply, the project is dropped and not eligible for refund
• Delays during revision periods may impact delivery time; I’m not responsible for those delaysDEADLINES AND DELIVERY
• Deadlines are discussed and agreed upon before the commission begins. The agreed timeframe may vary depending on the commission type, scope, and my availability.
• Soft deadlines may be accommodated depending on my schedule, while hard deadlines may be declined or require an additional rush fee.
• If a commission is significantly delayed beyond the agreed timeframe, the client may request a full refund or discuss an alternative arrangement, such as allowing additional time for completion.
• Final files and formats depend on the commission type and will be discussed beforehand. Digital artwork is generally delivered as .png, with other formats available upon request.
• Artwork is delivered digitally and will not be physically shipped unless otherwise agreed.
